Step 5: Choose Mount Type

Select whether you want an inside or outside mount.

Inside Mount:

• Fill in the exact measurement to the 1/8th inch.
• We will take a 3/8-inch deduction to ensure a perfect fit.
• The shade must be slightly smaller than the opening.
• At least 1 3/8 inches of depth at the top of the window is required for an inside mount.

Outside Mount:

• Provide the exact size you want the shade to be.
• Outside mounts are traditionally mounted above the window opening and are slightly wider than the opening.
• These are cordless, child-safe woven wood shades.
• They will not provide complete privacy, but the Hatteras and Eastfield collections offer the most privacy.
